We could not be more pleased with our interactions with H&H, from the time Justin first provided an on-site estimate in August, to the completion of the task in September. On the appointed day, we were told to expect the crew sometime early afternoon, and that the work would take several hours. Both predictions were spot on. The crew arrived at 1:45 pm and “Domingo” promptly introduced himself. The last truck departed at 4:30 pm. During that time, the crew was exceptional in every way. From my optic, it was a well-organized, well-orchestrated process from beginning to end. The attention to detail was impressive. The way the crew worked with one another to accomplish their respective tasks, and the way in which the different phases of the process seamlessly transitioned from one to the next, were also impressive. Everyone we interacted with was truly professional and friendly. When they were finished, they did a great job cleaning up the worksite.
